I was highly inspired by Jordan Peele as a director for he uses a symbol to somehow summarize a memorable part of the movie. Within the hidden meaning, I wanted to try to capture one of his movies in this assignment. The movie was based on a UFO being disguised as a cloud throughout the film and when watching viewers learn about the predatory tendencies the UFO has. I created the poster by capturing the most important symbol from NOPE which is Jean Jacket (the UFO) in its cloud disguise and have the mountain/desert background to be in red to showcase the bloodbath that this movie is.
